This is because due diligence is required 30 to 120 days prior to escheatment. Please be advised that this is an extension to follow the new regulation, not an extension to file your annual reports. The due date is still October 31, 2022. Please be advised that this house bill does not affect insurance agencies that are required to report by April 30th annually.
