The Maryland Vendor Information Electronic Warehouse (MD-VIEW) is open to everyone that would like to see when and how the State sent a payment to a vendor. Additionally, this portal will benefit any company, including minority, veteran and women-owned businesses acting as subcontractors for Maryland vendors. Please review the information to learn about the State's payment data and determine how suitable it is for your intended purposes. Payments Not Disclosed Under Maryland Law certain payments are considered confidential and cannot be disclosed publicly. These expenditures include payments an agency identifies as confidential because of Maryland Privacy Information Act. Exclusions include State employee’s payee data in the portal due to State Gov’t. § 4-331, which prohibits release of home address information or telephone number of State employees and financial history or activities of an individual payee data in the portal based on State Gov't § 4-336, which prohibits release of information about the finances of an individual including financial history or activities.
