This application allows users to upload and transmit W2's and MW508s in the
specified format.
Please keep in mind when testing:
- No test data will be saved
- Only text files and zip files will be accepted, test file size must not exceed 50MB
- After validating the data and the format a status of the upload will display immediately upon the upload (ie. Accepted, Rejected)
Attention: The W2 Bulk Upload Application is moving to the
Maryland Tax Connect Portal starting January 1, 2025. As of 12/11/2024, no more filings will be accepted on bFile. The option to "View History of Filings Only" will be available at a later date. Additional information regarding filing of W2/1099/508 electronically will be posted at
