  • Admission and Amusement Tax

    Admission and Amusement tax returns can no longer be filed at this website. You will be able to view historical information only. When available, all 2024 returns/payments going forward will need to be filed at the new Maryland Tax Connect Portal. Your return/payments will be considered timely. Please note: The due date for all A&A tax returns will be the 10th day of the following month.

    The State of Maryland has changed depository banks to Wells Fargo Bank. If you have a debit block service enabled to protect your bank account(s) you will need to contact Taxpayer Services to obtain the new Company (Originator) ID before scheduling a direct debit payment on our website. Contact us via email at taxhelp@marylandtaxes.gov or by calling 410-260-7980 from Central Maryland, or 1-800-MD-TAXES (1-800-638-2937) from elsewhere. If you are contacting us via email, please include your name, address and the last four digits of your Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) in your e-mail message. This will help us generate a quick response to your inquiry.

Open Services

These applications are open to the public and do not require a bServices registered account, but may require additional information from the user to continue.

  • Exempt Org Renewal

    Renew tax exemption status of non-profit organization.

    The last day this application will be available is December 26, 2023. Starting in February, Exempt Org Renewals will be available at the new Maryland Tax Connect Portal.

The Comptroller's Web Services Center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from any home office, or public access point. However, data may not be accessible during times of system maintenance.
