Print and Mail Sales and Use Tax Form 202

SALES and USE TAX NOTICE: Under House Bill 1301, passed by the Maryland Legislature during the 2019 session, a marketplace facilitator must report state sales and use tax collected on behalf of marketplace sellers separately from tax collected by the marketplace facilitator on its own direct sales, or those of its affiliates, to buyers in Maryland. This legislation goes into effect October 1, 2019, for the October filing period. We are currently making the required changes to our online systems for sales and use tax filing and anticipate having our online filing options for the OCT 2019 filing period available by November 1, 2019. The October filing period is due on November 20, 2019, which will allow adequate time for the timely filing of October 2019 sales and use tax returns.
