Details about corrected 1099 forms - Contact the General Accounting Division's
Post-Audit Section Monday through Friday during the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. est

Details about Form 1099-S - Contact the Department of Transportation's State Highway
Administration at 410-545-0022 or the Comptroller's General Accounting Division at 410-260-7813
for this information.
Details about Form 1099-B - Contact the Comptroller's Compliance Division at 410-767-1700
or the Comptroller's General Accounting Division at 410-260-7813 for this information.
Details about Form 1099-MISC – Contact the Department of
Human Resources (DHR) at 410-767-7740 for details about Form
1099-MISC issued by DHR for Day Care, Medical Expenses, Rent,
Foster Care, and Other Income.
1099 forms that are not prepared by the Comptroller's General Accouting Division - If you
receive a 1099 form from a payor who is not the Comptroller's General Accounting Division, you
must contact the payor printed on your 1099 form. This includes 1099 information that supports
payments for Lottery, Retirement, Income Tax, Child Support and Medical Assistance.
