A formal assessment notice for tax, penalty and interest
is required by law to be sent to you whether or not you are on
a payment plan. If you have not already received this assessment
notice, one will be sent to you. This will not affect the terms
of your payment agreement.
A written confirmation of your agreement will be mailed to
you; be sure to read and follow the instructions in the
agreement.
State and Federal refunds will be offset to your debt;
regular payment must still be made according to the terms of
the payment agreement.
A default or cancellation of this agreement could result
in one or more of the following collection actions:
lien and judgment, wage garnishment, bank attachment, transfer
to outside collection agency. Additional fees apply to several
of these collection actions.
Certain conditions may prevent this feature from working for
you; should you have problems setting up a payment plan
contact the collections department at 410-974-2432 or
1-888-674-0016 for assistance.
